You have 100 days from the date your order is shipped to contact us regarding a return or refund. Unfortunately, after this period, we will no longer be able to process any refunds.

The Satisfaction Guarantee can be applied only once per product.
We offer a maximum of 3 Satisfaction Guarantees for different products. Once this limit is reached, we won’t be able to process any additional refunds under the Satisfaction Guarantee.
